2. Terms & Conditions

Custom Orders

  • All items are custom-made based on your specifications.
  • Once approved and in production, no cancellations, refunds, or changes are allowed.
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, spelling, or sizing after approval.

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final for custom orders.  Refunds are only considered if there is a clear manufacturing defect or error caused by Printsteady.

Payments

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

Turnaround & Shipping

  • Timelines depend on order size/complexity.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

Artwork & Copyright

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the order purchase price.  We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These terms follow the laws of New York State.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

No Refunds or Returns

  • All custom embroidery and screen-printed orders are final sale.
  • We do not refund or accept returns due to customer error or change of mind.

Exceptions

If a mistake is caused by Printsteady (manufacturing defect or production error):

  • We will review the issue if reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • If valid, we will provide a replacement or future credit.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
